Our last stop in the South Unit of Theodore Roosevelt National Park was to Buck Hill. We found the trail up Buck Hill extended beyond the 0.1 mile to a bench. We also heard there were wild horses to be seen by going up the hill on the other side of the parking area. Overall we did 0.6 miles with 100 ft of gain.
