Mystery Valley Jeep and Hike Tour

We took a guided hiking and jeep tour of Mystery Valley on the Navajo Reservation south of Monument Valley. This was very interesting. We did about 5 miles of hiking besides touring in the jeep.
 We saw several Anasazi ruins,
and lots of petroglyphs and pictographs (rock art)
It is thought that the Anasazi used these holes in the cliffs to store food.

There are lots of pottery shards from the Anasazi.

 Lots of beautiful sandstone cliffs
One place where water pools after a storm.
This ruin is called the House of Many Hands as there are many, many hand paintings,
along with other rock art here.

There are also many arches in this valley.
This is a chimney arch.
