Mt Elly via Black Canyon Trail from Teton Pass

We drove up to Teton Pass in the Bridger-Teton National Forest in Wyoming to hike the Black Canyon Trail to Mt Elly, 4 miles round trip with 800 ft of gain. View of Mt Glory across Teton Pass
The trail alternates between open ridge line and in the forest. Here we had a view to the east looking down at Jackson Hole.

Views of Mt Glory further along the trail on the ridge line.
View to the northeast from the north side of Mt Elly
pano from the south side of Mt Elly

Pano from the summit of Mt Elly (9,284 ft) looking east

Returning along the trail, a nice view of the Snake River below.

Views to the north towards Mt Glory as we returned down the trail.
