Dead Horse Point State Park Loop Hike

We drove to Dead Horse State Park near Moab, Utah and did the Rim Loop Hike with some of the viewpoints. Overall 5.5 miles with about 400 ft of gain/loss. This area has fabulous views! We started at the Visitor Center and went Counterclockwise along the West Rim Trail. Here is a view from the Rim Overlook that looks into the East Fork of Shafer Canyon. Looking west

We found water in some of the eroded depressions.
