Ingalls Creek

We drove to the end of Ingalls Creek Road off of Hwy 97 to hike partway along the Ingalls Creek Trail. There were lots of wildflowers in bloom. We saw about 10 other people on the trail. Beautiful day! Overall we hiked 8 miles round trip with 1,150 ft of gain.
The trail is in the forest and follows above Ingalls Creek.


There were balsamroot in bloom and 
lots of lupine,
paintbrush,

trillium and 
violets.
