We drove to the trailhead for the Bisti Badlands on the west side of the Bisti/De-Na-Zin Wilderness to wander among the hoodoos and other wonders. We hiked up along the north side of the main wash, exploring some of the smaller washes. We returned along the southern side of the wash, overall doing about 8 miles. There is so much more to see here! 
The main wash is very wide!
