Rim Trail at Patrick's Point State Park

This afternoon we stopped at Patrick's Point State Park to hike part way along the Rim Trail and take some of the spur trails as well. Overall we hiked 2 miles round trip with 260 ft of loss/gain. Beautiful ocean views! We parked by the Mussel Rock Spur off of the Rim Trail, view near the trailhead.
Looking down at the sea stacks from Mussel Rock beach.
It was fun watching the surf crash against the rocks.

Sea birds resting on one of the sea stacks.
Heading southward along the Rim Trail
Most of the Rim Trail we hiked was in the forest.
View of Wedding Rock from the beach to the north.
Large sea stacks off of Wedding Rock

Steps heading up on Wedding Rock
Besides the view areas, there was a narrow stop to stand to
look down on the large sea stacks we saw right next to Wedding Rock from the beach below.
The next spur trail was to Patrick Point, view to the southwest:
View to the northeast, wedding rock:
We then headed up Lookout Rock
some of the steps going up Lookout Rock
I think the view on Lookout Rock is overgrown.
Our last spur trail was down to Rocky Point. I thought these large rocks looked like a crouching tiger on the left and the head of a large sea serpent on the right.
