We decided to do a short hike this morning before the temperature reached 90F. We did the Tom's Canyon Trail, 3 miles round trip with 140 ft overall elevation gain.
We saw lots of lizards, birds and butterflies, but none of them would sit still for a photo ;)
This trail starts right on the edge of Kanab, Utah.
We saw lots of shrubs and trees in this canyon.

The wildflowers were in bloom
Beautiful red cliffs along the canyon
The trail continues beyond this point, but we had decided on a turn around time, to not get caught in the heat.
