We drove up to the Spur Cross Ranch Conservation Area to hike the 2 mile Dragonfly Loop Trail. Lots of cacti here.

When we reached the loop, we went counterclockwise and crossed Cave Creek.
This portion of the trail felt like we were in a saguaro garden.
We passed a lovely rock wall.

We found a nice beach along Cave Creek where quite a few children stopped to wade in today.
View to the peaks to the northwe saw a few wildflowers along the trail today:
