Kendall Knob

Drove up to the east side of Snoqualmie Pass to hike up to Kendall Knob with a group. The snow was packed down enough that we hiked up without using our snowshoes. 8 miles round trip with 1,800 ft of gain.
Looking east at the creek crossing by the trailhead.
Looking west from the bridge over the creek.
views of the summit ski resort across I-90

views a litter further up the trail
lots of fresh snow!
Kendall Peaks
We could see Mt Rainier to the south
Pano from Kendall Knob: Rampart Ridge, Gold Creek Pond, Lake Keechelus and Mt Rainier

zoom of Mt Rainier
snow was quite deep when going off the packed down trail
