Cheese Rock and Split Rock Loop

We drove to Teanaway Community Forest, parking at the end of the West Fork Teanaway Road to hike to Cheese Rock and Split Rock making a loop out of some of the many trails here, including a side trail to Cheese Rock. Our route was 5.5 miles with 700 ft of overal gain. The snow levels are very low, with at least half of our route snow free. The first part of the trail had the most snow/ice coverage, starting with the bridge over the Teanaway River

A short ways down the trail were a cluster of 4 large boulders, some had interesting columns, cracks and/or holes
