We drove out to the Middle Fork of the Snoqualmie River Trailhead to hike up the trail and back today. We did 12 miles roundtrip with 1,200' of overall gain. We didn't see any other hikers until we were about 2 miles back to the trailhead. A very peaceful and relaxing hike. The trail starts by crossing the Middle Fork of the Snoqualmie River over this foot bridge.

We saw lots of trillium along with some other wildflowers along the trail.

The trail goes through a lovely forest with some large boulders along the way.

Most of the streams were either small enough to almost step over or had bridges, except for this one.

Most of this trail is so soft to walk on.
There were several downed trees that were not difficult to go over or under, except this spot about 1/-1/2 mile before the bridge crossing the river near the Dingle Creek Trailhead.

View of the Middle Fork from a short distance on the other side of the bridge. This was a nice spot to take a lunch break and then turn back.
The clouds were lifting some as we hiked back down the trail.
There were lots of moss covered trees.
We could see the lower part of Garfield Mountain as we neared the trailhead.
