We drove to the end of the Jordan Road in Sedona Arizona to hike the Jim Thompson Trail. We did a 5 mile round trip hike with about 400 ft of overall gain. We were surprised to only see about 8 other hikers on this trail this morning. We started soon after sunrise so we would finish before the day became hot. Gorgeous views of this red rock country right from the trailhead!
We had views both close to red rock formations and views of ones across town.
