Fire of Flood and Story in Stone Trails
This afternoon, we drove to the Foree Trailhead in the northern part of the Sheep Rock Unit of John Day Fossil Beds National Monument to hike the Fire of Flood (1/2 mile round trip) and the Story in Stone (0.3 mile round trip) Trails, combined 0.8 mile hike. We had these trails to ourselves.
