Diana's Throne

 We had a long drive today, so picked 3 short hikes to stretch our legs. The first one was off of Hwy 89 near Mt Carmel Junction. This is a 2 mile round trip hike up to the Elkhorn Cliffs near Diana's Throne.

Most of the hike is going up a wash towards the Elkhorn Cliffs

 I believe Diana's Throne is the large rock on the far right:












There were some beautiful colors among the cliffs

 At the end of the wash, we did some scrambling up along the lower sections of the Elkhorn Cliffs, we encountered some hail

There were a variety of stone faces along the cliffs

 Short, but enjoyable hike
