THREE HIKING SISTERS, we love to hike together, but we don't all live in the same state. Sometimes it is only two of us, and sometimes we hike with others. This is a record of some of our hikes.

Little Elden Trail
We drove to the trailhead by Little Elden Spring (north of Flagstaff AZ) to hike partway along the Little Elden Trail, which is also part of the long Arizona Trail, overall we hiked 5 miles round trip with 350 ft of gain. The trail is at 7.200 ft of altitude. The short trail from the trailhead, joins the trail by Little Elden Spring, which was dry.
We enjoyed hiking in the pine forest, finding wildflowers and having the trail to ourselves this morning. Views along our route:
