
After hiking the Tom McCall Point Trail, I hiked the Rowena Crest Trail starting from the same trailhead: Rowena Crest Viewpoint. this is a 2.5 mile hike with 250 ft loss/gain. Balsmaroot was in bloom.

A short ways down the trail, there was a short spur trail leading to this view of the Columbia River to the east.

I followed the loop trail trail back up to the main trail.
