I drove down to the Kalaloch area of Olympic National Park for a couple of short beach stops. First I went to Beach 4, a fabulous place to to explore tide pools at low tide. This morning's low tide was -1.4 ft. The walk to the large rocks from the parking area is about 1 mile round trip. View of Beach 4 from a viewpoint near the parking area.

There is a very short trail through the woods down to the beach.

Walking north along the beach to the rocks.
